Hi there, I’m Alda – wedding planner, stylist, and founder of On This Day Events.

On This Day Events was founded out of a genuine passion for helping couples like you plan the wedding of their dreams, all while minimising their impact on the planet. After spending 8 years managing corporate events, I soon realised my true passion lay in providing quality service alongside one-of-a-kind experiences. This is where the idea of having my own planning company came into being – a company where my creativity, organisation and love of personal connection could all culminate.

Taking a holistic approach to event design, I’m equally passionate about designing eco-conscious celebrations while also curating an experience as unique and individual as your love story. A professional third wheel, I love learning all about your relationship and what makes you who you are. This allows me to personalise your celebration right down to the last detail – creating an unforgettable experience for you and your loved ones.
