Do I really need a wedding planner or stylist?
A wedding planner is worth their weight in gold, particularly for couples who are time-poor or lack the confidence to organise such a big event.
If your wedding is taking place at a private property, across different locations or at a “blank canvas” style venue, a wedding planner is essential to help you coordinate vendors, execute your timeline and manage the logistics of your event – leaving you to relax and enjoy your day!
Working with a wedding stylist is perfect for couples who know they want a beautiful celebration, but aren’t quite sure how to bring their vision to life. We’ll handle all of the creative elements (including florals, lighting, decor and stationery) to design a personalised, meaningful event.

How much do you charge for your services?

Can you help us navigate tricky family dynamics?
Whether you’re dealing with divorced parents or overbearing in-laws to be, we are well versed in handling all kinds of family dynamics! We’ll happily be your sounding board for any tricky scenarios, and can provide etiquette advice and support to help you sail through your wedding planning with minimal stress.
How far in advance should we book?
For full-service wedding planning, we recommend making contact around 12 months before your wedding. This will give you ample opportunity to reserve your date, and allows us enough time to source the key vendors required for your event.
For partial wedding planning, we recommend getting in touch around 6 months before your special day, and at least 2 months in advance for wedding day management.
How does the process work?
First, we’ll organise a complimentary consultation call to determine the best service for your needs before sending through a formal quote.
If you’re ready to secure our services, we’ll reserve your date with a deposit and set-up your personalised client portal. Then, the fun begins!
Depending on the service you’ve booked, we’ll get to work crafting a custom design proposal, sourcing key vendors, developing a checklist and executing your vision through every detail.
How much input will we have in the design process?
If you’ve booked us for our styling and design services, you can be involved as much or as little as you like!
We listen closely to your ideas and take the time to really understand your dream wedding. Then, we translate this into an innovative design concept that perfectly captures your style and aesthetic.
